Today I put my boat in a freinds slip on Beaver Lake, AR... It gives me the opportunity to make repairs on the trailer which I have in my home drive now.....I have just went through the wheel bearing and replaced the seals.
What are some of the other items / ideas it would be good for me to look at this time....?

Add bearing buddies while your at it. Look for cracks in leaf springs. Check for rot in bunks. Look for deterioration in tongue tube. They rust from the inside out. Check tires for age and side wall rot as well as valve stems.

When I finally decided it was time for new tires I went to Tractor Supply. It cost very little extra to purchase them already mounted on nice white spoked wheels. The trailer and wheels were very old so it was a nice upgrade.

Submersible LED lights and new wiring would be needed every few years in a saltwater environment but you may be good in AR. I assume your 23.5 rides on a single axle trailer with no brakes, otherwise it'd be actuators/lines/drums or caliper service too.
