Anyone know where to find plans for a trailer like this to haul a San Juan 24 sailboat?

I'm not sure what the pluses would be to building a trailer would be, these days. Try "Trailer Trader" or the like and you can probably find one at a good price.

I have been out of the industry since 2012 as a sailboat dealer but I have some recommendations.

1. Tandem axle trailer with four tires that can
carry total load of boat, trailer, motor and
gear. You will need a minimum 10 %
additional weight factor for safety.
Suggest torsion bar or drop down axles
to minimize height for launching.
Axels can be moved to adjust to trailer.
2. Suggest three or four supports each side
of trailer to support either bunk boards
or pads for deep fin keel
3, keel tray designed to carry weight of boat,
motor and gear. Keel guides angled
downward to guide keel to keel guide.
Install treated lumber on keel tray to keep
keel from moving.
4. Strongly recommend surge brakes on all
axles vs. electric as most states require
them due to dual axle and/or weight.
Check state regs.
5, Adjustable bow support that is tall
enough to secure a bow eye.
6. Suggest a 18-20 extension if trailer
launching. You need to make sure that
the ramp is long as many do not
not consider that.
7. Max height from road has to be under
13 feet 6 inches. Max overhang
generally is 6 feet.

Hopes this helps
