trailer launching in San Diego

For those with experience in San Diego, California--
Any sugestions on a good ramp for trailer launching a Vega in San Diego? If possible, I'd like to have an option in Mission Bay, and in the harbor. I'm also trying to figure out where to store my trailer for 3 weeks. Any thoughts welcome.
