Hi all, I've got some issues to resolve on my H260 Magic Tilt trailer. Hoping someone can share their experience. 1. One of the tire lug stud welds has broken and so the bolt spins when I try to loosen the lug nut. Any suggestions on how to repair? I think I need to take the entire wheel/hub assembly off to work on it... 2. Need instructions to remove "Bearing Buddy" assembly from hub to get at the hub retaining nut. 3. While climbing down the ladder on the trailer, I managed to step on the brake line connector to the master cylinder and cracked it. Has anyone got suggestions for a simple solution on how to protect it in the future? Thank you for any help. Fair winds... Tom Prime Time/ H260 Hauled out for the winter in New Hampshire.

maybe this will help

1. I would try using 2 nuts back to back if their is enough thread to get both on, lock them down and using one wrench to hold the two nuts and another to loosen the orginial. Make sure you WD-40 the whole thing before, or try using a nut splitter on the nut, maybe vice grips on the bolt and boxed end on bolt or drill out the bolt by using a very hard drill bit...good luck... the nut is a very soft steel. While you got the wheel all apart you might think about disk breaks pic on pic forum. 2. The bearing budies are an interfearance fit, meaning that if you hit it with a soft hammer at 90 deg position and keep tapping it, the buddie will work itself out. 3. When I installed the new brake line on my trailer I fit the line into a steel tube big enough to fit the end fitting. Hope this helps, John Baums Rush H 260
