I'm selling my boat trailer. I had my Ballad 30 on it, but a Vega would fit well too. It's in excellent condition and tows well. Here is a link to my ad on Craigslist.Peter.

BTW, that's in Canadian dollars, so the asking price would only be 75% of the posted Canadian price .... and I'm open to offers.Peter

I agree ... Before I bought this one I costed out the price of building one myself. As usual, I didn't include any labor, and it came out to about $5500! Good used trailers are hard to find. When this one came up I grabbed it and parked the Ballad on it to do the restoration, then later haul it to a travel lift for launching. Now it's surplus.Peter.

I had a trailer for my Vega Penelope custom built this summer by a welder named Mercy at Northlander in Machiasport Maine. I have a not-very-good photograph which I will post when I figure out how. Our trailer has a full braking system & has double axels. This is the second trailer of this size she has built for my cousin's boatyard. He is also a welder & found her work very professional. Her trailers are of course highway worthy. There is a wait - up to five months, as she also constructs portable saw mills which are in demand around here.
Penelope & I planned to go south sometime this winter or next & as we have missed the sailing season.... We need a substantial pick-up & a close look at the insurance policies.from myphone nn

Well Hello, Newboldnoyes. I received an Email from you wanting to know about the engine. I replied but my email was returned. I posted on this Albin Vega list but could not tell whether you replied or not as I never get my posts back from this group so am never sure whether they are posted or not. I hope you get this. The email I took off your post on the subject must have had an error in it. I hope you get this. Douglas Pollard

Peter, Is the picture of the Ballard on the cradle at a boatyard or at your place. If the latter, how in the heck did you get it off of the trailer and on to the cradle? I see, knowing you I had kind of expected that you did it with a laminated beam made from 2 x 6's and a tripod made form old anchor fence posts with a 12 to 1 purchase block and tackle! From: AlbinVega@yahoogroups.comTo: AlbinVega@yahoogroups.comDate: Mon, 7 Dec 2015 11:33:45 -0800Subject: RE: [AlbinVega] Re: Trailer for sale, Pacific North West area.
