Does anyone on this forum tow with an Astro/Safari Mini Van? The factory rates them for a 5000 lb capability (with tow pkg). Naturally, you'd have to have surge brakes or drum brakes on the trailer to be safe. What are your opinions?
If it is a C22, you will be way under the towing limit of the van. So you should have no problems. The C22 and trailer come in at under 3500 lbs. Brakes are usually required with trailers rated for over 2000 lbs, so you need them as well.
