Tow line attach H30 88-94?

Where is the best place to tow a H30 88-94 from? There is a sort of bobstay eye - what's that for? Or do I use the morring cleats? (Just planning ahead!) Patrick in Port Charlotte

The bow eye is a mooring ring. Maybe a combination of cleats and bow eye would work?
