Topside surfaces

I've noticed on some Catalina 30's that the walking surfaces have a rubbery material on them. Is this a factory installed extra or is it a product installed by owner's. I have noticed a anti-skid material in West Marine but it is added to paint and has sand/grit. I haven't noticed any grit in these surfaces. Anyone with any input is thanked ahead of time. Craig

Treadmaster

I'm 90% sure what you're talking about is a product called Treadmaster. It sorta has a waffle-y look to it, right? Can't beat it for traction but looks like hell, IMHO! Try contacting WM about it - if they don't carry it they may be able to either order it or find out how you can. LaDonna
