Topside and deck repainting advice needed

After a horrible topside paint job two years ago in Port Canaveral, FL and then getting ripped off of $12,500 by a con artist crooked business called On-Site Refinishing in Jacksonville last month, I need to find somewhere else to have my boat re-painted besides Florida. I am hoping someone might be able to recommend an honest painter in the Caribbean that you have first hand knowledge of high quality and fair prices.
