Too much range in wind speed

I did poorly on the test as all of my settings were for light winds, the quiz did say 5 to 15 knots, and that is a huge spread. My 5 knot settings are much different than 15,

I based my answers on 10 knots and I would certainly adjust if the wind changed 5 knots in either direction.
