Tonnage Measurement Depth

Are you looking for the depth as a factor in the formula for calculation of the tonnage? If so I don't know.
If you are looking for the tonnage as the volume measurement for something like US Coast Guard registration purposes my 1985 O'Day 31, which is essentially the same boat as the 30, has a Gross tonnage of 8 GRT and a Net Tonnage of 7 NRT. That's not to be confused with displacement though which is the weight of the boat.
