I have a problem I rebuilt the carb. new float etc. My 2 stroke 1989 motor keeps flooding their is not too much to adjust so any advice on this would be great. I can see gas come out of the intake when motor is back not much just a drip but enough to cause a problem.

Re -check float level, and make certain it is not "sticking/binding. Also check make sure gas tank vent open. Later Cecil S/V Patience

suggestion

First make sure your carb was cleanded with carb cleaner to make sure every orifice is clean. Secondly, you may need to adjust the float so it will not overfill in the bowel. I have a big orifice which is my mouth and sometimes I think it needs to be filled with a big ole juicy watermelon to shut my mouth up. Crazy Dave Condon
