Good morning. I sail a 2003 Hunter 426. I have a Panda Mini18 Genset. any suggestions re what kind of a toaster would work well with my setup? Just love them English muffins in the morning!

Most 2-slice toasters are rated for about 1000W, or about 8A of 120V power. If your genset will support this load, then you are good to go.

I am sorry what size is the mini 18,my panda 4200 can run most anything on my boat,AC,Water Heater,electric coffee ,microwave,all kinds of charging and have never overloaded yet.

But

When you have a Gen the wife wants the whole kitchen and bath stuff on the boat and hair blow dryer too,I just wear a hat for keeping my bold head from too much sun:dance:
