Hi, we are new to sailing and are looking @ an 22' Oday (1982). We are concerned about a crack on the deck where the lines from the mast connect to the deck. It has been closed up for a while & doesn't have that "boat" smell which leads us to believe that it may not be leaking. Also, the outoboard is bolted to the aft of the boat and flexes when pressure is applied to it. Is this normal? Shouldn't this be more sturdy? The asking price is $3,200 nego (no trailer). What do you think is a fair price & what other questions should we ask? Thank you! Sunnyb
