Attaching a titanium masthead unit/crane w/a stainless bolt to an aluminium extrusion. Up there. You know, at the top.
What could possibly go wrong?

Why in the world would you not use titanium bolts? Our Profurl uses titanium fasteners into the foil and they never react to the alloy of the foil and they get a lot of salt water on them when we beat. Sure they're a bit pricey, but in your case if you've already gone with the titanium mast cap, why go second choice on the bolts?

Stainless fasteners are often used with aluminum without problems. Stainless and Titanium alloys pose no galvanic problems. The OP could use Ti based fasteners, but I don't see any pressing need to do so.
