Suggest taking your local trailer shop to inspect and replace, if necessary, especially for safety reasons. I towed many boat and fifth wheel trailers for decades and tires are the most safety critical item to maintain.
5.30-12 is the size of the tire. Don't know what that 4.50 refers to. Many rims come with a 4.50 bolt pattern size but do not know why that would be reflected on the tire itself. To measure your bolt pattern size in a 4 bolt rim measure from the center of one hole to the center of the hole in the opposite side. 4.50-12 size tires are usually used in scooters. Get trailer tires rated for the load each tire will be handling.
Load is a Rhodes 19 centerboard. Trailer is a Shipmate 1509, which looks to be 370 lbs. unloaded with 1500 lb. capacity. Looks like I need minimum load range C (1050 lbs. or so).
The two most common 12” tires you’ll run across are 5.30-12 and 4.80-12. They are both usually available in load range C. The 4.80 are rated around 900lbs a piece and the 5.30 usually 1000-1100lbs if I remember correctly. The 4.80 are slightly shorter and narrower than the 5.30
