Looks like those years of storage when no freshwater wash-off was availible are taking its toll. I have a 1995, 23.5 and I need a new trailer, I was hoping for an aluminum one but local trailer dealer just has dipped galvanized. I wanted Aluminum because of the salt water but I do have a fresh water wash-off now. Do you have experience with both?? What would you look for? Finally, does Hunter sell just trailers??? TIA Matt

Matt, My 95 H26 rides on a Hunter trailer. It is

displayed on the title as a Hunter trailer so they either make it or have it made to their specs. It is a dual axle, galvanized steel framed trailer with "jam" hydralic brakes. Pulls nicely, has boat guide bars at the rear and a ladder on the front for stepping the mast. It also has an extendable tongue for launching or loading. The trailer weighs about 1350# if my memory is correct. Ray S/V Speedy

Champion Trailer in Slidell Louisiana http://www.championtrailers.com/ A bit of a trip but Mardis Gras is early this year! I got a card from them a couple of weeks back, trailer parts and repairs are 10% off through like sometime in January. maybe they can do the same for the whole trailer. Looks like it will cost you about $2100. I was thinking of adding a second axle to my trailer, if your axle is in good shape maybe we can work somthing out. I could maybe even drag my trailer over there so that they can set the bunks properly from the start. Email me through the owners directory if your interested.
