Tiller Rotten

I would like to know the best way to get a replacement tiller for my C22. The one on my boat is split and when I took it off (thinking I could glue it) I discovered that it is rotted out where the attachment bolts go through it. It also has been repaired in the past and I believe the only avenue open to me now is to replace it. I would consider a used one in good condition.
