My tiller is delaminating. Can anyone recomend a proven method of repair? Does anyone know where I can purchase a new tiller for my H26.5? Thanks, Walt

Tiller replace or repair

Repair: Remove tiller and lay it on its side (gap up). Use a knife to clean gap, get to dry/clean wood. Mix up WEST epoxy with acetone till it's watery like diet pancake syrup. This helps it saturate deeper, but in less effective quantity. Spread crack with (old) knife, paint the mixture in there, take knife out and clamp tiller to death. There will be virtually NO ooze. Paint more mixture or full-strength epoxy over it. Sand and finish with UV-barrier varnish. Maintain that UV-barrier varnish unless you want to do this again! OR Replace: Defender Marine and other catalogues sell tillers. 50 bucks. Whatever. JC 2
