allmost no nut bolt combination can stand up to a four inch grinder, but first, have someone hold the outside part with a pipe wrench and put a breaker bar on the nut and turn counter clock-wise it is allways possible that it has been e-poxied in place to keep it from turning and leaking, stuff like this happens. john
