Tight or Stiff steering at the helm

I have a 2001 Beneteau 361. I had to drop the rudder last year to replace the prop shaft that was bent. The yard that did the work, works on both power boats and sailboats. After they put the rudder back on the boat, the steering was very stiff. I had another boat yard look at the steering system and they found nothing wrong during another haul out. We used the boat a lot last summer and the steering freed up. Now the steering problem has come back after setting up all winter and spring.

Has anyone had this problem and what did you do about it? Beneteau techs do not have an answer for me.

I do not have specifics but have seen similar questions in different threads. Having a 2001 361 I experience variances in the required helm pressure. Do a search on this thread, google, and try Beneteau support. I think I read that they provided a solution to someone.
