Is there supposed to be a thru-hull fitting where the cockpit drain is located on a 1982 C-22 fin keel? There is a small circular hole on the bottom just aft of the keel where the water drains. Under the companionway step in the cabin, there is a ball valve with a Y fitting? Am I missing the thru hull or is that how it was made?
