I have a C27 with an inboard. Has anyone had to repair or replace the throttle/shift control mechanism side mounted in the cockpit. On my throttle/shift control, their is a 4"OD spacer that is disintegrating.
With a nice 1/4" teak cut out. All you really need to match is the 4 bolt pattern you'll see once you get the outer throttle "round thing"/lever off. There is a blind hex set screw hiding on the underside of the "round thing" that your throttle lever goes into. loosen that & it should pull out. My metal spacer was completely gone/dust. As long as your spacer has a larger diameter than the shift ring, it should work fine (Teak looks good too).
