1983 catalina 27 5411 universal motor cable is conected at both ends but disconected some where in the middle. Thinking of moving throtle lever to wheel post. Do i need a full kit with new post collar and shift lever or is a set up available for just the throtle. The full kit on catownersdirect isnt cheap. Thanks...Lenny
