Peggie, Just a note, I bought a couple of Raritan Crickets for my H410 2 winters ago. Last week one of the heads developed a mysterious leak from under the lower unit. Talked to Raritan's tech support today and they are replacing the entire lower unit of the head at no cost to me, even tho its well out of warranty. Nice to see some companies still know what customer service is about. Bryce S/v Spellbinder H410

Now you know why I push Raritan products!

My experience with 'em goes back MUCH further than when I sold my own company to 'em...we were distributors for 'em for more than 10 years. It was the quality of their products for the price, coupled with that kind of customer service that convinced me to take their offer (which wasn't the first, btw).
