Hey all, found this on CL and was thinking of trading the guy a couple of firearms for it. Sails are new...needs a gooood cleaning. As well as possible rudder repair based on what the seller says. Just curious if these boats are worth anything anymore.

Update...after seeing more interior pictures looks like most if not all cushions are present.

Hello rdrake, That boat would be WAAAAAYYY more difficult to launch than an Oday Javelin! Looks like the trailer is meant for a storage trailer from/to which the boat could be lifted Spring and Fall. My thoughts: keep the firearms. Look for a different boat.

Looks like a Columbia 22. If so, it's a decent boat, stoutly built, reasonably comfortable for a 22 footer, and a decent sailor. The big concern is the filth, looks like the boat may have been sunk at some point. If so, there would be WAY more than just a little cleaning to bring it up to sailing condition.

Funny how all the dirt didn't fall out with the boat on it's side like that. What condition are the fenders in?
