'been doin' this for 8 years now, and have never heard of a replacement. Oil and fuel filters, yes, thermostats, no. You may just have to bite the bullet and buy one from Universal. Except, AH HA, try a Kubota dealer if you have tractors in your neighborhood. I believe the Kubota = is a D-850 or 950, but it should be around 170 degrees F.

You're right, it is a Kabota block D-850 and no luck locating anything, even with Sierra who makes numerous alternate parts. Off to the tractor today to check it out.
