Stumbled across a promo for a series called "Black Sails" that is (was?) on Starz.
Haven't watched yet (Gotta figure out what 'Starz 'is first) but the web site interviews and the trailer looks good.

I haven't gotten into it ... for some reason, I pass by it when I've seen it on. It just hasn't grabbed my attention.

Vikings, OTOH, - we're hooked on it, we've watched each episode multiple times (on-demand)

Pretty much an over acted soap opera set on a pirate ship with lots of violence, sexual content, nudity and foul language.


Not that all of that is necessarily bad, just not everyone's taste.

I thought it was going to be about sailing the old square riggers. Watched it twice-did not see any sailing. Probably will not watch it again.
