The right daysailor

I would love to get collective Hunter owner thoughts on a suitable boat. The more I sail the more it appears I will never spend any nights on the boat or go cruising. I will daysail primarily with guests that may need "facilities." Therefore a small cabin to get out of the sun is needed. Further I think a boat is better fast than slow. The boat should be around 18 - 22 feet long and cost around $5000.What do you all think would be a good Hunter given these parameters? BTW I have looked at a new 216 but am not sure I want to lay out that much money now.

Criteria.

This interests me because I would like to have a second(and trailerable) boat where my kids live in Arkansas. It needs to:1) Sail well and relatively fast.2) Have a large cockpit for family outings.3) Be able to accomodate a bimini to keep off the rays.4) Have room for a head. Old people like me can't wait to get back to shore.I really like the H23, see Related Link. Meets most of the criteria except it is hard to install a bimini.
