The new 356

I just got back from the Long Beach, CA boat show. I got to go thru the new 356. It is really a nice boat. The port side cockpit locker is something that will make this boat the "Boat of the Year". There are so may possibilities for this that it is really exciting. You can store just about anything there, including making a slight fabrication for a workbench. No longer will someone have to wonder where to store their extra sail, or inflatable dingy. Aside from this, the boat looks like a winner. All of this for "only" $125k. List price for the boat is $104k. Wonder where they came up with $21 in transportation

When I saw the 356 at the Detroit Boat Show it was loaded up with options: heat/air, gen set, refridgeration, cabin

Great Boat at Annapolis

I too saw this boat at the Annapolis show - what a great layout! My only compliant was that the aft cabin only had a single hanging locker for clothes storage - smaller than my 310. Other than that the boat was a real winner. I am anxious to hear how it performs under sail.
