Hey all just wanted to give you an update on the Battle with the Hamilton Port Authority, Trial was on Feb 25th, at trail the Marine manager withdrew any accusations(let me say it more accuratly) he for got all he told police and recanted 90% then went on to forget any relavant info about kick backs, the CEO vice pres, went on to say they had every right to evect whom ever they wanted under the new ISPS security measure as a result of 911, and that they were self run(private so to speak )Well sounds good but under Sec 149 (1)(d) of the income tax act they are tax free because they are a crown corp, the ISPS code only refers to freight comercial trafic. These guys are somthing else, does anyone actually relise how bad this is??anyway a mistrail was called after a motion was brought when it was discovered that the witness had exchanged information at the break, look folks its "Port Gate" they best start shredding soon!
