the dry bowl. After changing out the gaskets (with a kit from Jabsco), I still am getting water back into the bowl after drying it out. The vented loop hoses and vents themselves were just replaced, too. Do you think some of the gaskets in the new kit could have been defective? Would I have to buy a whole new kit? Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks, in advance, for the responses.

Did you replace everything in the kit?

Or only the parts you thought needed replacing? Unless you pump the toilet in the dry mode long enough to move all the bowl contents over the top of the loop, whatever is in the head discharge hose between the bowl and the top of the loop will naturally run back downhill into the bowl. If the joker valve is worn, there's nothing to prevent it. Even if you replaced it, a joker valve isn't supposed to block slow seepage, only a flood. So I suspect that the solution to your problem will be to put to the rest of the parts in the kit in the head--and btw, lubricate it with teflon grease while you have it apart--and pump longer in the dry mode.
