Lunch with my son to the Great Wall Chinese Buffet the other day doesn't encourage me about self discipline.

This too can be approached with discipline. ;)



My wife just finished chef school, and we both favour a little excellent food over alot of mediocre food, so we hardly ever visit the "buffet" places. Notice I didn't say never.:D

(Also, a couple of the better buffets have some surprisingly good food. I don't know how they can do it, and i shudder at what must get pitched daily.)
