Just 5 years ago we bought a 27ft.Hunter. All previous crafts were powerboats. Having never sailed before, one of the employees at the marina took us out for the first time. Showing how to hoist sails, work the sheet lines and then drop sails. He spent a couple hours on the water with us. (thanks Chris). Have learned most from experence and trial and error. Also from fellow sailing club members, and reading. Racing in the club races have been quit educational in the strategy area. Having a great sailing season so far!! Good sailing!!
