Ah, thank you - she looks old but is new relatively speaking.
Built over 16 years and launched 2006 on the Gippsland Lakes, Australia. No winches onboard so 2-up, she can be a handful, and we love every muscle flex required.

Beautiful boat!

How do you handle foresails of this size without a winch? I had a 19' without winches and that seemed to be just under the limit of reasonable muscle power

One way is to luff up, set the sail trim, then fall off. Not much of an issue when the sail is not drawing, and there are limited crew.

I've done this a time or two with just the wife and I sailing. Easier then trying to crank in that 135 genoa.

Staysail sets on a self-tacking boom, so not much effort required there. Timber blocks for purchase and turning, and thick sheets, assist greatly. We try not to resort to luffing-up as this means having to start over again somewhat.
