I once opened a tourism brochure for the town in FL that we lived in, and the page I turned to had a picture of my wife and I in our 17' Aquasport center console. I had the 90hp Merc tilted up, and was standing with a long tiller to the 5hp Merc kicker, with my wife sitting in front of the helm, under the bimini, with her straw hat on. We had been cruising behind the barrier keys, watching for osprey and dolphins. The caption read "The laid back lifestyle of Englewood, FL". We had no idea someone had taken our picture, and it was a pleasant surprise to see it.
Judging by old paperwork I got with the boat I'm guessing it's somewhere in Ohio. I have a lot of receipts with Bill Robb's name on it as well. The graphics on the side of the boat are the same. The guy I bought it off of paid a pretty penny to have the cheesy vinyl redone
I didn't find it, but my parents did, and sent it to us somewhere in the SoPac. It was a two page ad for Club Med in some magazine, featuring our boat spread across both pages in Cook's Bay, Moorea, French Polynesia.
I'm pretty sure it's in Vermilion. Many years ago judging by the docks. I think I've seen Stargazer out sailing those waters as well. Here's a picture of my boat on a sail to Vermilion.
I found a yacht club newsletter article about my Tanzer 29 dated back in 2007. It's pretty cool to find history about our boats.

Here's another angle with my Precision 23. Notice the white picket fence across the river. Pretty sure that matches up with the fence on the very right of your picture.

The river and docks do look very very similar! Roughly what year do you think you may have seen Stargazer in that area? I'll check my paperwork tonight to see when William Robb owned the boat. The boat was named Luff n Puff at some point as well. It was owned by a two party partnership in the 90's. It spent the majority of the 2000's (including last season) in Michigan City. Cool little town. I plan on sailing back there for a weekend at some point
