I just wanted every one to know I have found my vessel Rosewood and thanks to all the fine people at sailboatowners.com for you help and advice and to let you know she is in good hands.
I am in contact with the person who has the vessel who seams to be a gentleman and we are in the process to finding a solution to what has happen and get it resolved.
As I mentioned in my past e-mails there could and would be a solution without getting any innocent persons in a problem which seams to be where we are now...
Again thanks to all of you who believe and supported my mission.

I hope you and the third-party purchaser can work out an equitable solution to what must be a situation fraught with many legal hurdles. If there are issues you can't resolve, put them aside and move on and if you still have issues at the end of the day, try professional mediation before throwing paper at each other.
