Terminating Small Wires (LINK)

Great article on terminating small gauge cable. Is is what you recommend for NEMA 0183 connections? What terminal blocks would you use?

Any thoughts on telecom wire crimps for NMEA 0183? I used them in a GPS installation with great results. They are sized for the small wires, and create a waterproof seal when crimped.

Well they are OK but when you finally upgrae 10 years down the line to a new unit and providing 183 is still being used you will want to have some extra wire to make the new install. nothing quite as frustrating as being 1" short.
