As I am bringing my Beneteau 36 from Fort Lauderdale to Marblehead, I am in need of a temporary slip or mooring for about a month in the area of Jacksonville. My plan is to travel from Lauderdale to Jacksonville on the week ending on April 22nd and the leave it there until May 25 or 26 when I will continue the journey to Marblehead. Does any body know a reputable Marina or yard in the area to leave the boat for that Month? I found Palm Cove Marina on the web: has any body had any good or bad experiences with that place? Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Jax marinas

Whitneys is a nice marina. It is about 30-35 miles south of the Mayport inlet. There are also a couple of nice marinas at the St. Augustine inlet. Do a Google search for Florida marinas, there are quite a few in NE Florida.

Marinas

Jose, I'll vouch for Whitney's as well. If you call Carol at 904-269-0027, I'm sure that she will be able to help you. Paul Bednarzyk
