Temperature Controlled Switch for 12v Blower

Hi guys.
I need a temp controlled switch to turn a blower on when the temp in a cabinet exceeds a certain degree. Off when it drops back down to a pre-set level. Basically, a thermostat.
I've been looking at some very inexpensive circuit boards with digital read outs and a probe, but I'm concerned they can't handle the wattage.

Static current: ≤ 35MA, attract current ≤ 65MA

Any recommendations?
Thanks

Put in a 12v relay and your cheap boards will work fine. Lots of 12vrelays around

I can understand in an engine compartment where heat is being produced and may want to be exhausted but not in a cabinet. Fans do nothing to cool inanimate objects, they only help the "feels like" temperature for some alive organisms like humans. Now if there is a source of cooler air nearby they will help with the transfer but in an enclosed boat the cabin temperature will remain the same no matter how many fans are installed.

I need to exhaust the excess heat from the window a/c I installed.
