Ship mates: How are you at reading your telltales? We have just gone through a 4 part series on them. Pop on over to the SAIL TRIM FORUM and see how you do reading them. Telltales are absolutely the most important sail trim indicator on your boat. The problem is a lot of boats don't even have telltales attached to their sails. How they determine what sail trim adjustment is needed is beyond me. I know what I'm looking for from a sail trim standpoint and I can't do it without them.
