I have been looking for a small (10 to 12 inch) TV, with no success. Any suggestions as to who handles these

A small laptop computer and a DVD will meet you criteria. TV doesn't have enough worth watching when you get past the news and sports to justify the cost.

The trucker sites have tons of stuff. Also check the TV's in the big box stores that have a "wall wart" to plug into the 110 outlet. Many of these are 12 volt.

Laptop and a usb digital tuner. About $100. I use mine with the MS Media Center in Vista. (not using the included software)
