Ok Everyone, I did it. Finally installed the teflon plastic pads on the bunk boards of my H260 trailer. Does it WORK? You bet. We have launched twice now and getting on and off is a breeze. It's still alot of cranking to get the boat on but slides very easily. The last couple of feet are as smooth as the beginning. When towing I do have lines from the aft cleats to the trailer to insure the boat does no side slipping. I purchased the pads from Overton, two packages which I evenly spread on the two bunks. Recommend it to anyone who does alot of towing and dipping. Jim s/v Java
