Can anyone suggest what it takes to get Catalina Tech support to answer inquiries? I've email three times with specific questions -- no response........

Either try the telephone (remember that?) or post your question right here.

In fact I do remember telephones ..

.. even the ones you actually had to dial. My point would be - if aren't prepared to respond to emails, they shouldn't offer the option.

I've had decent luck getting a response from Catalina through the dealer up in Portland, even though I've never been there. I think both of the used boats I bought came from there but I doubt they know that.

It's on my list to do .... will also visit with them (or their rep) at the Annapolis Sailboat Show, while drooling over the new 375.

Jimm,
Their answer to me last year right before the Annapolis boat show was that they were very busy getting ready for the show and answering email was not way up on the list. Not saying they are justified but that could be the case.
