Can anyone suggest what it takes to get Catalina Tech support to answer inquiries? I've email three times with specific questions -- no response........
I've had decent luck getting a response from Catalina through the dealer up in Portland, even though I've never been there. I think both of the used boats I bought came from there but I doubt they know that.

Their answer to me last year right before the Annapolis boat show was that they were very busy getting ready for the show and answering email was not way up on the list. Not saying they are justified but that could be the case.
