Teak Trim Cleaner

I have replaced all our exterior Teak Trims and oiled the new products. I am not interested in sealing or staining my Teak.
Looking for a Brand Cleaner that will allow me to keep product clean and oiled periodically. Currently looking at Sailrite Iosso and or diluted Oxalic Acid.
Along with the Teak, I am using Star Brite Non-Skid Deck Cleaner that works great with soft brush and rinse.
Is there a hose attachment applicator I can use for a Concentrate that could lessen the cleaning time. Want to keep the Mold and Algee Growth down in a
Saltwater Slip.

Cascade gel dishwasher , rub on , scrub with soft brush and rinse. El cheapo main ingredient is oxalic acid.

I'll try that. Obviously, a whole lot less expensive.

Hardware or lumber store, deck cleaner, it contains oxalic acid even if it does not list it. 1/2 the price of marine brands.
