Teak down below

The teak in the area of the companionway and the stairs is looking a little worn. I have used teak oil in the past to freshen it up, but it doesn't seem to take very long to get the worn look again... Is there anything short of varnishing to "seal" the teak down below to protect it from the elements that make their way down the hatch? Brian

Daly's SeaFin

In the past Hunter has used Daly's SeaFin for the internal teak (except the sole in which ProFin is used). Check the following URL for their products: http://www.dalyspaint.com/ I have ordered direct from them but, I understand, that WM now carries the product.

Daly's Seafin is a very good product. Easy to use and gives a very nice finish. Daly's Profin is great for the teak and holly sole.
