Best caulk ..... TDS single part oxime cure rubber
The caulk is available at http://www.teakdecking.com/index.html .... be sure to add an 'isolation strip' of 3M 'fineline' tape in the bottom of the groove, so that the caulk doesnt adhere in the bottom of the groove.Best way to remove the caulk - for a small job - is to simply heat bend the thin end of a 10" mill bastard file then 'sharpen it'. The bent file is used to 'hook-out' the old caulk. For large jobs, the best is the Fein Multimaster tool with a 'teak' blade. Other caulk removal methods can be found at http://www.yandina.com/TeakDeck.htm
