Does anyone have any experience with a folding prop on a Tartan 30? The shaft exits out of the keel and is only 6 3/4 inches from the hull so prop diameter is limited. I have a 3 blade fixed now, 12 x 8, and want to install a folding type. I think that a 12" 2 blade folding will not give me the performance that I currently have and a 3 blade folder is rather expensive.
