I've never heard of it..so I went to their website....it's pretty obvious that they don't know a lot about marine systems or what causes mineral buildup in hoses. From their discussion of what they think causes causes it in tanks (I've never seen MINERAL buildup in a marine holding tank only sludge that's a result of anaerobic conditions) , I'm guessing they're RVers. Without seeing the MSDS for their tank product, I can't comment on it except to say that I thought Raritan K.O. was expensive at $52/gallon until I saw the prices of these products(sixteen 8oz bottles @15.99 = $256/gal... four 1 litre bottles $39.95 = $160/gal)!
At every boat show, home show, RV show, there are startup companies who think they've found the way to change the world...I was one of 'em once! 99% don't survive long enough to be at the next year's show. I was lucky...I happened to be at the right place (marine market) at the right time (new laws that required holding tanks) and was first with the right kind of product to solve the worst problem (odor from the d'd tanks!)...with a 20 year career in advertising and marketing, so I survived. I wish them well. After reading the descriptions of all their products, I suspect they'll have more success in the RV market than in the marine market.
I'm guessing you bought their holding tank product, not one of their "cleaner"...Let me know how it works.

They say not to dump the tank when you think you need to...
Most people think they need to dump the tank when it's full...what do they suggest you do with it instead? And btw...their use of the word "dump" instead of "pump out" seems to confirm that they're more familar with RVs than boats.

I'd stick with Odorlos if I were you...available from RV supply stores for about half what most marine stores charge for it.
